DFS PNG Limited is a joint venture company between the CPL Group of PNG and Motibhai Group (Prouds). In July 2015, this joint venture company opened two Prouds Duty-free outlets at the Departure and Arrivals Lounge of Jackson International Airport, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. The expansion into Papua New Guinea added a new dimension to the Group’s expansion plans at a regional level.
In February 2019, Prouds opened its first ever domestic store in Port Moresby in Stop & Shop followed by the opening of its second domestic store at Vision City Mega Mall in November 2019.

Burger King is the Motibhai Group’s first step into operating an internationally recognized food franchise. It is the fastest growing quick-service restaurant chain in the world. The Fiji operations started with the opening of its first outlet at the Nadi International Airport departures lounge in November 2015 and over the years they have opened additional Burger King Restaurants in Suva and Nadi.
FFL is engaged in the processing and packaging of “GOLDEN” range of products. Established in the early seventies by the then Fijian Government, our Group acquired the entire premises and operations of FFL in 1982 which diversified the business into becoming one of Fiji’s largest manufacturers producing quality products such as Sprint Soft Drink and Golden Margarine.
PET Technology Limited manufactures Fiji and the Pacific’s leading soft drink brand “SPRINT” that is available in a range of flavors. The company also manufactures PET plastic bottles for use within our diverse business operations and for other customers as well.
Fiji Times Limited was acquired from News Limited in September 2010 as part of the Groups business diversification strategy. The move was not only Motibhai’s s foray into the media industry but solidified the newspaper organization as a Fijian-owned Company which strives to give its readers a newspaper that holds true to the ideals of good journalism.
